Prasdani Titah Kinasih, a 2022 Agricultural Extension and Communication student at UGM, has brought honor to her alma mater by winning the second place in the Mas Mbak Klaten 2024 pageant. This remarkable achievement is the result of Titah’s hard work and dedication to contributing to her hometown, Klaten Regency.
From the beginning, Titah had a clear vision to promote Klaten’s tourism potential. Through this event, she was able to delve deeper into her knowledge of Klaten’s tourist destinations and their benefits to the community. Not only that, Titah also managed to improve her public speaking skills, self-confidence, and expand her network.
As an agriculture student, Titah realizes the importance of the younger generation’s role in advancing the region. She hopes to inspire her fellow students at the Faculty of Agriculture, UGM, to be actively involved in various social activities and become agents of change in society. Titah’s actions in the competition also support the contribution to achieving SDG 4, quality education.
